"T'was the night before today, and all through the house, everyone was hungry even the mouse!!! Me in my boots and my cowboy hat; also Fred and his big yellow Kat. Out of the kitchen we heard a dish shatter; we sprang from the couch to see wussa matter. That's where we found our wife's cooking with glee, so out the door ran Fred and me. Then what to our wondering eyes did appear, the East Texas Burger sign, and how did we cheer. On lunker, on chips, on catfish and chicken... with a cold soft drink it's all finger lickin'!! They heard us exclaim as we drove out of sight, Goodbye wives! were eatin good tonight."
